2. Prepaid Services and Confirmation Requirement
All services offered by Branding Beetle are prepaid and must be paid in full before the service initiation.
A service is considered started only after confirmation is received from the customer via their registered WhatsApp number or email ID.
Customers must confirm the cancellation request before the service starts. Once confirmed, the service will proceed as per the agreed scope and timeline. The refunds will be made after deduction of 10% of total service amount as processing fee.
3. No Refund Policy After Service Commencement
Once a service has started, no refunds will be applicable under any circumstances, as the service delivery process has already begun or work is in progress.
Services will be considered delivered upon completion of the agreed scope of work or the exhaustion of included revisions.
4. Refund Eligibility
In the rare case that Branding Beetle fails to deliver the service within the agreed timeframe, customers will be eligible for a 90% refund, followed by a deduction of a 10% processing fee.
Refunds will be processed within 25 working days and will be credited back to the customer’s original payment method.
5. Revisions and Service Completion
If a service includes a set number of revisions, the service will be considered delivered once all revisions have been utilized.
If additional revisions are required, the customer must purchase additional revisions separately at the pre-defined rates set by Branding Beetle.
